Yep… it’s official. 2015 is almost over. And just when I was getting used to writing 2015 instead of 2014! Is it just me or did this year whiz by faster than the Formula Rossa?

And so we are officially back from our brief spell away. Our trip proved to be a jampacked, hectic holiday.

I have had a few requests for details of our visit. So over the next few weeks I will be sharing what we did on our trip in the hopes that it may be of some help to anyone planning a New York or DC trip any time soon.

Today’s post will give you some insight on how we plan and organize our travels. As I’ve mentioned before, it may seem like anarchy to the meticulous planners out there. But over the years we’ve hashed out a system that seems to work for us.

TTLT – Day 9 – Warmth

You may have noticed that my posts have become briefer and more infrequent. I must apologize but its just that work and well, not-work have been keeping me busy.

The upside is that I have a vacation coming up to look forward to. We still have loads more to plan and organize but the countdown has officially begun. And I mean that literally (which you will be able to see if you check out my sidebar). Don’t you just love the build-up to a getaway? But more on that later…
