I think I have found THE one! The hunt for the perfect brownie recipe has been long and hard people. But my research has come to a satisfactory conclusion. I like my brownies to have that crisp, crackly crust with thick, fudgy, chocolate-y centers. And these brownies tick both those boxes. Continue reading “Fudgy cocoa brownies”
So another Christmas has come and sprinkled its magic over all of us. Like many of you this is one of my favorite times of the year. In March we celebrated the first birthday of baby J, the son of a dear friend. He is our miracle baby, a bouncing ball of coo’s and giggles who spreads cheer wherever he goes. Needless to say the occasion could not pass without making a little something for him.
I will insert here that I did get the project done in time for the birthday but am only getting around to posting about it three months after the fact. Sighhh… punctuality has never been my strong suit.
